Batman TV - LE Print
On January 12, 1966, American television took a chance to introduce a twice weekly show called Batman, based on the DC comic book of the same name. For all of us baby boomers who fondly remember plopping in front of our TVs after school to eagerly see how the actors Adam West as Batman and Dick Grayson as Robin would defend Gotham City from all of its arch-villains. J. Scott Nicol’s newest of classic TV paintings is the epitome of the good old days. The original is oil on canvas and it measures 24x36. As with all of J. Scott Nicol’s TV paintings and their ten Artist Proofs, this comes with an antique set of rabbit ears (and a strip of aluminum foil to keep your viewing crystal sharp).
